According to this journal, I haven't posted a piece of fic since October 2011. Eep?

Anyway, I'm going to rectify that very soon. This is for two reasons: firstly, I'm hoping to rejuvenate [community profile] 52fandoms (and my own fic-writing) and secondly, I've gotten completely hooked on Warehouse 13, which is totally the little black dress of crossovers.

So this post is just to warn you that fic will be forthcoming. And Warehouse 13 is kind of my new crack.

Title: Ordinary Children
Author: [personal profile] sangerin
Fandom: Ballet Shoes/White Boots
Rating: G
Warning(s): None required
Notes: This fic was inspired by skating last Christmas at the rink outside the Natural History museum in London, within the shadow of the V&A, which to me means "Ballet Shoes". While "Ballet Shoes" and "White Boots" are not exactly congruent in terms of timeline, let alone there being a skating ring at the Natural History museum at all, but I hope you will overlook these central conceits in order to enjoy to the fic itself.
Summary: Nana watched them from the relative safety of dry land: feeling sorry as she almost always did for Petrova, left in the wake of Posy's heedless excitement and Pauline's pink-and-white prettiness.

Title: Decision Time
Fandom: Doctor Who (Planet of the Dead)/St Trinian's (2007)/D.E.B.S.
Rating: PG (to be safe)
Summary: What scheming, anarchic, semi-criminal organisation didn't need a flying London bus?
Warnings: Minor spoiler for the end of "Planet of the Dead". No other warnings required.
Notes: This is possibly part of the "Girls fight crime, girls fight crimefighters" megatastic crossover... thing that might get written someday. Until then - have a piece I wrote on the plane to the UK last year, after having (finally) seen "Planet of the Dead".

Three Four new chapters of Old Possum's Book of Practical Priests have been posted at AO3. (If one seriously objects to reading them there, let me know and I'll see what I can do as far as a repost on DW.)

I discovered that I'd never posted chapter 4 to AO3: of course, I didn't discover this until after posting the other three new chapters, thus giving myself a good chance to try out AO3's Chapter Management functions. Anyway.

Old Possum's Book of Practical Priests
A crackfic by [personal profile] angelofthenorth and [personal profile] sangerin, known on AO3 as "Singing Northern Angel"

Chapter 4 - The Man Who Can't Be Moved - previously posted to LJ
In which our heroes find themselves in the middle of a certain Rising (and [personal profile] angelofthenorth's life counts as a fandom.)

Chapter 5 - Good Men and True
In which Sir Humphrey and Lord John join FU* at his country estate.
*For those unfamiliar with House of Cards, we refer here to Francis Urquhart.

Chapter 6 - This Monstrous Regiment
In which there are more monstrous regiments (or rather, essentially the same one as appeared in the previous chapter, only a number of years earlier...), and Fr Lewis Hall is distinctly displeased.

Chapter 7 - A School in Cornwall
Working together at a school in Cornwall (no, not that one), Jack Lambert and Margot's triplet sister Len revisit some history, and tackle some politics.
